We chose not to blindly follow the generic advice. This week our plan was to explore other options like Costco, Super Target and even a Dollar General. We just wanted to get a rough idea of what we were facing. I can’t say why, other than an ever increasing awareness for thrift, this issue popped into my head while driving home from work the other day. Our printer is one that is not friendly to refilling. The color cartridges cost about 15.00 ea. for 4 colors and each black cartridge. $75.00 per full replacement at least 3-4 times per year. There has to be a way to reduce the use of ink! For many couples, only one may be concerned about finances. Is this you? What are the options and how can you get your significant other involved? How much money should you save?
