@ FinEngr – My pleasure, the convenience tax was a great post! Muda elimination is not suppose to be tough. Don’t try to do it all at once, do it one at a time.

I’ve recently begun identifying the “muda” in my daily work routine. Micro-coordinating efforts can be tough.
