Yeah, I think groupon would be a great idea, but you would have to deal with the daily emails until you find something good and until you head to your destination. =)

I use groupon for my hometown and it’s great.

The Entertainment book is a good idea too. Especially if you’re traveling in 2′s.

I have to confess, I never thought about using Groupon at a vacation destination! But it sounds like a good plan of attack!

All great advice. When I go on vacation, I usually stop at the grocery store and pick up a ton of Peanut Butter, Jelly, Bread, Cereal, soup, Pasta ingredients, and drinks. This way I only have to eat out for dinner:) This is of course assuming I am going to the beach.

My preferred vacation is a Cruise:) In that case all you have to do is pay the upfront cost and a little tip at the end!:)
